Compile Your Ft. Randall FCU Account Details

To set up deposits or payments with a third party, you’ll need a few key pieces of information: your name, Ft. Randall FCU’s routing number (291479550), your full account number (typically 13 digits), and the type of account, checking or savings, you’d like to use.

Contact Your Employer or Payor/Payee

Every depositor may have a different process, so it’s best to ask what they need to get started. You can use our pre-filled form to make it easier. If additional details are needed, stop by any Ft. Randall branch—we’re happy to help walk you through it.

Monitor Your Account

It may take a little time for the third party to process your request and begin sending deposits or payments to your Ft. Randall FCU account.

Close Your Previous Accounts

Once all pending transactions have cleared and your recurring payments and deposits are updated with your new Ft Randall FCU account info, it’s time to close your old account. Some institutions may require you to close it in person, but if they allow it, you can use our Account Closure Form to make the process easier.

Be sure to request a check for any remaining balance so you can deposit it into your Ft Randall account. We also recommend asking for written confirmation of the closure for your records.
